I love staying at this hotel because it is conveniently located near the river on a street filled with great restaurants. It is also a short walk to the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. the hotel offers a delicious breakfast and has excellent views of the surrounding area.
The decor of the hotel could use an update, as some areas appear tired and in need of fresh paint.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were reasonable and I felt like I got great value for what I paid. Secondly, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive. From the well-furnished rooms to the complimentary tea and coffee making facility, everything was thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. Lastly, the location was unbeatable. Situated right in the heart of the old town, with a view over the Rhine, I couldn't have asked for a better spot to explore the city from.
All was perfect, nothing to improve upon.

The location was perfect, with everything I wanted to see within walking distance. The room was large and comfortable, and I loved the elegant decor. The breakfast was excellent, with a lovely view of the Rhine. The staff was polite and caring. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location - overlooking the river, close to markets, restaurants, and shops. within a short walk to the train station. Friendly and helpful staff.
No coffee making facilities in the rooms. The bathroom felt a bit outdated, resembling that of a 2-star hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The breakfast provided was delicious and varied, with a range of options to choose from. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing us with great recommendations for nearby restaurants. The location was superb, right in the center of the old city by the Rhein river. It was convenient, as we were able to easily walk to all the main sights and attractions. The hotel was situated in a lively area near the Church, with plenty of transportation options available.
